The hotel is really beautiful, and the location is super convenient. There’s a private beach, and you can go there directly. You can also walk to the old town. The people are nice. There are lots of cats around, and they even have private parking. We found everything great. The only issue was with parking — we often had problems because they have strange rules about where you can and can’t park. Even though there are parking spaces, you always have to park in specific spots. Other than that, everything was great, and we were very satisfied. Hopefully, we’ll come back again.

Nous sommes arrivés et avons été immédiatement enchantés ! Lias nous a chaleureusement accueilli avec des rafraîchissements délicieux et à toujours été là pour nous. Nous avons beaucoup aimé  séjourner dans cet appartement hôtel ! C'est beau, c'est propre, c'est calme on adore ! Le pool piscine bar splendide et le tout : les pieds dans l'eau ! Petit-déjeuner sur la plage et bain le matin dans une eau à 23 degrés, un 23 et 24 octobre un pur bonheur ! A refaire ! Hâte d'y revenir !

We spent a couple of day in this resort. Second time. We like everything about the facility. The location is excellent - not in the town but very close, directly on the sandy beach. So it is a quiet place but if you miss a town hustle, you can walk along the sea directly to the very centre of it. There is a nice swimming pool in the middle of the resort with a pleasant beach bar so you can spend a nice day either at the pool or at the sea. Appartments are very nice, spacious, modern and efficiently furnished, They are cleaned every day and towels are also changed daily. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. Mooi appartement, heel erg verzorgd. Prachtige ligging, je loopt zo naar het strand.  Kamers zijn ruim en heel erg schoon. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.  Een echte aanrader.

Im Prinzip eine schöne Anlage. Die Küche war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet, wir haben z.B. ein Toaster vermisst Verwundert hat und das sich das Hotel Beach Hotel nennt aber keine Pool oder Strandtücher anbietet. Scheint in Griechenland nicht üblich zu sein. Das man die Sonnenschirme am Strand an die eigenen Gäste zusätzlich vermietet fanden wir komisch. Ein paar Meter weiter gibt Sonnenschirme und liegen kostenfrei wenn man was trinkt.

My family and I stayed at Ilian beach & apartments for 4 nights in August. We were immediately greeted by very friendly staff and they made sure that the room was comfortable for the 3 of us. Our room was very close to the swimming pool and also to the beach. As a hotel, it is very convenient as it is close to all amenities. It also has a small parking area where we could park our car safely. The hotel is about 3km away from Rethymno center. However, the walk is very enjoyable, especially in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, tourist shops and supermarkets/grocers close by. They open until about 9pm, which made it easier for us. I would definitely stay at the hotel again :) Thank you to all the staff!
